Fruits have an amazing ability to detoxify and rehydrate the body. Unlike any other food, fruits have the highest amount of antioxidant and astringent properties.

Amazingly with all that's promoted in regard to the excessive need for protein, we never hear about any cases of protein malnutrition to support this argument.
Why? Because it doesn't exist.
Even if you choose to buy into the protein hype, do you know the Institute of Medicine's Dietary Reference Intake is only 56 grams per day for men and 46 grams for women. Most of us are getting that in just one sitting.
Remember proteins are only large chains of amino acids (the real building blocks of life) that must be broken down by the body before it can be used. The beauty in fruit is that it is already broken down in amino acids ready for you to digest and absorp.
Natural sugars and its effects on the body should not be compared to refined or table sugar.
Complex carbs and processed sugars are unrecognizable in the body and require more energy to process.
The good news is fruit sugars are simple and ready to be absorbed without the requirement of any further breakdown.

Sugar along with oxygen achieves cellular energy also known as ATP (adenosine triphosphate). It is this energy that is needed to carry out all cellular metabolic processes. Without it a cell stands to become weaken and compromised.

Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. There are no time schedules or calories to count. Do not force yourself to eat if you are not hungry and do not stop yourself from eating if you are. Simple. Tap into your intuitive guides and listen to your body. It knows what and how much it needs!
The bottom line is most of us suffer from one form or another of malabsorption. Meaning our bodies are not absorbing and assimilating what we're eating so we constantly feel hungry especially on raw or fruit diets. A lot of this process will be mental and will require the creation of a new mind along with new habits but listen to your body, however if you are hungry, then eat!
Absolutely but remember to take it easy and look to joyful movements like walking, yoga, or swimming versus rigorous exercises. Fruits will begin the process of cleansing your body and it is best to allow your body to direct its energy on that. However, it is your choice.
This will vary by person but excess weight/fat = waste and when you remove obstructions out of your system, your body will begin to eliminate what it does not need. Cells just like nature, eliminates the weak and replaces it with the strong.
Eating solely fruits is a detoxifying process. Meaning you will stir up mucus, toxins, and waste than have festered over the years. It is common that you may feel symptoms from a Healing Crisis such as fatigue, cold, congestion, headaches, nausea, acne breakouts, muscle and joint pains, etc. To slow this detoxification process down, you may eat more calorie dense fruits like bananas or add veggies like a salad.
Sugar is carbon. One of the most essential requirements of the body. Despite what we have been taught, all sugars are not the same. The fructose in fruits are simple and ready to be absorbed directly into your bloodstream, unlike complex sugars that require the body to break itself down into a digestible form of a simple sugar. When in doubt look to the thousands of people who are not just losing weight but are reversing illness and disease on high fruit and/or natural carbohydrate diets.
Come back to your intention that you set at the very beginning. What does this challenge mean to you and why? We are creatures of habit and a lot of what you think is stopping you is only your mind playing tricks on you.

Still feeling ok, not so tired as before and not feeling as hungry. The weight loss has amazed me as I've been trying to lose the unwanted pounds for some time now without success.
